The back of this can is like talking to a Sprint customer service representative, only this can is actually written mostly in English. Over 100% of your daily allowance of Vitamin C, B6, and B12, but nothing impressive here. The can does actually show a breakdown of recommended daily allowances of fat, sodium, cholesterol, carbohydrates, and dietary fiber based on 2000 calorie and 2500 calorie diets. I almost want to keep the can around as a handy electric blue reference.
