Kronik contains a lot of the usual ingredients, taurine, caffeine, ginseng, C and B vitamins, abut also has a host of other ingredients. Ginkobiloba, milk thistle, licorice root, grape seed, and l-tyrosine which I've never heard of until now. L-tyrosine is used by the body to make certain neurotransmitters which help to elevate moods, and keep us alert. Also the text on the can gave me a headache because it was blurry and hard to read the small print.

It also has some other extracts such as ginko biloba which delivers oxygen to the brain making it easier to remember. Kronik also has 50 mg of milk thistle which aids in a variety of bodily functions, most notably stimulates bile flow. In other words... is a laxitive. So at least you can use this to take a break from the Metamucil.
