User Rating: 7.12 of 10 with 87 reviews

Active Ingredients:
Kronik contains a lot of the usual ingredients, taurine, caffeine, ginseng, C and B vitamins, abut also has a host of other ingredients. Ginkobiloba, milk thistle, licorice root, grape seed, and l-tyrosine which I've never heard of until now. L-tyrosine is used by the body to make certain neurotransmitters which help to elevate moods, and keep us alert. Also the text on the can gave me a headache because it was blurry and hard to read the small print.

Kronik is packed full of some of the usual ingredients: 2000mg taurine, 100mg guarana, 100mg ginseng, 50mg inositol. It also has some other extracts such as ginko biloba which delivers oxygen to the brain making it easier to remember. Kronik also has 50 mg of milk thistle which aids in a variety of bodily functions, most notably stimulates bile flow. In other words... is a laxitive. So at least you can use this to take a break from the Metamucil.

It's notable that this can contains 75g of sugar, which is roughly enough to put a dent in the annual Cuban sugar cane production. At 100 calories per serving though, Power Cola is actually 20 calories less per serving than Jolt Blue. Power Cola is also very low in sodium (5mg per serving). As the can states on the side, clearly Jolt Power Cola contains unspecified amounts of taurine, guarana, and ginseng, as well as 60% of the USRDA of Vitamin B6, and even 1g of protein.
