User Rating: 6.14 of 10 with 34 reviews

Active Ingredients:
The information on the can is sparse, and if not for the "CONTAINS CAFFEINE", nestled awkwardly with the "PLEASE RECYCLE" and the company contact information, I would have never known. This contains the following recommended daily allowance % per serving: Vitamin C 100%, B6 100%, B12 100%. Otherwise, it contains unspecified amounts of Guarana.

Active Ingredients:
Goji juice concentrate, guarana. I found no mention of caffeine, taurine, and the usual suspects, at least on the can I bought. The following are percentage of daily values per serving: 250% vitamin C, 130% B6, 90% B12. This drink also contains 1g of protein.

180 Blue with Acai Energy Drink

Calories: 120 Carbohydrates: 31g Sodium: 15mg
Editor Rating: 4 of 10
User Rating: 6.34 of 10 with 43 reviews

Active Ingredients:
Affectionately, this can clarifies, and I quote, "contains caffeine". No information about how much or anything. The back of this can is like talking to a Sprint customer service representative, only this can is actually written mostly in English. Over 100% of your daily allowance of Vitamin C, B6, and B12, but nothing impressive here. The can does actually show a breakdown of recommended daily allowances of fat, sodium, cholesterol, carbohydrates, and dietary fiber based on 2000 calorie and 2500 calorie diets. I almost want to keep the can around as a handy electric blue reference.

Red Bull Energy Drink

Price: $1.99 Serving Size: 8.30oz. Servings Per Container: 1.0
Calories: 110 Carbohydrates: 28g Sodium: 200mg
Editor Rating: 4.5 of 10
User Rating: 6.49 of 10 with 743 reviews

Active Ingredients:
'Vitalizes Body and Mind' with taurine. The other ingredients are pretty basic. Red Bull claims to improve performance, concentration, reaction time, and stimulate the metabolism. It sounds like a lot, but pretty much anything with caffeine in it will do the same, it's just common sense.
