Put a few ice cubes in bottom of glass, pour vodka and tequila in together and stir for a second. Now pour the grape juice and Red Bull in and stir again. Lastly place a Berocca Tablet (vitamin supplement) into the mix and wait until it is fully dissolved. The energy drink is ready !

Also, there's natural caffeine, as opposed to synthetic caffeine.
On a positive note (the only one), it's got no sodium. Then again, maybe that's what it's missing to keep it from tasting like rot and death.
